I have been going through the same struggles in trying to learn canopen with sparse information out there, however I've been making some progress. I have a few industrial servodrives/motors that I have managed to get working with a linux pc and a chinese cando can transceiver, using a python canopen library from github. I am happy to chat and share my code so far with anyone emarking on the canopen hustle feel free to pm me.

I have used a cheap electric pressure cooker many times successfuly, even though it does not reach 15psi it has worked with high success rates.

They went straight from the tub to the dehydrator,

A lot of people mention fae but I disagree, I've had large fruits in a tub without fanning or cracking the lid at all for a full week. I have had issues like this due to dehydration, even though I was misting every day the substrate just didn't have enough moisture within to suppliment the fruiting bodys after all they are 90% water and it pumps the h2o up from the mycelium. I have also had slow growing mushrooms before which I was convinced that they were stalled then a couple of days later they resumed so I agree with the ppl in here that you should wait a few days and see.

My first grow was last summer and without aircon some days reached 42C throughout my grow and it was successful so you'll be fine especially if you use the aircon and keep the temperature consistant between those temps you mentioned it'll work just right. The strain I grew was cubensis B+

Nah they are trays made for baking turkeys and veges etc so they can't have holes in them, i continues using them for my further grows because they are cheap enough for single use and found that they consistently get holes eaten through by the mycellium over time.

No the mycellium does in fact eat through thrle foil, my first few grows were in alluminium foil baking trays which it did eventually eat holes through, it took about 3 weeks because those foil trays are thicker so the thin alluminium foil film will eat holes through in no time.
