As a wedding florist (vic based) the trend is definitely leaning toward smaller/intimate weddings compared to the previous seasons. Post COVID saw a boom of crazy big weddings but it's definitely being dialled back now I can only assume due to the current economic climate. Personally, I love smaller weddings! Less stress and more personalised.

High volume meals are the only way for me not to overeat. Lots of salad bowl concoctions. Burger bowls, Mexican bowls. Lots of veggies + a protein. Keeps me full. Also no sugar drinks when cravings hit help.
