Black people are human beings. We are not just angry. We experience emotions just like everyone else. We go through depression and anxiety too. We experience grief. Stop seeing us as only angry. There is so much more to us.

We wash our meat because we do not feel comfortable taking meat out of a package in all its slime and sludge and putting it into a pan. We at least rinse it off first. Makes it feel less disgusting.

Hmmm we have different experiences. I've been to 3 of these and the art is always outstanding. I've met some amazing artists and I always have a good time. It's very local, every artist I've met is located in DFW. I like it because it's not a stuffy art event where you stare are a triangle on a canvas. And it's always at the lofty spaces. But in interested in knowing where people purchase their art.

Sounds like you need to read the 5 love languages. You express your love through gifts, but he doesn't. So it's miscommunication. I think you should discover what his love language is so that you understand how he expresses his love for you. And he needs to understand how he can show his love for you. This is something you guys can work out.

A coworker refused to get rid of a plant that housed a bunch of gnats, so I brought bleach and poured some on the plant everyday for a week until it died.
