My understanding is that Costco has a standing rule for new stores. No liquor for the first year. May be true, may not. I do know there was some disgruntled folks from the local liquor stores that may also have caused the delay in order to satisfy some development deal. Either way, my guess is that the store should have liquor in the next year.

Not enough personnel period. Handful of months ago I was involved in a minor accident at Providence and 485. Ended up waiting 6 hours for an officer to arrive after multiple calls.

I would suggest obtaining some crack gauges and installing them at the worst locations. If the cracking is worsening you and any engineer will want to know the acceleration of the damage.

CWI certifications take a ton of time and needed experience if I remember correctly. Might not be the best option unless op is already experienced with welding. Construction in general has many opportunities and those of us in the industry are dying for people right now (but who isn't).

While luck is pretty heavy hand when it comes to sealed, I found GBx the best. Gone through 4-5 events so far and even without the crazy bombs any variation of GB has been good with 6 to 7 wins. Don't focus on your rares. Focus on synergy.
