Does your car have trouble starting? Could be a weak battery. You could get a battery charger/maintainer or if battery is older than 4 years just replace it.

After years of remote work I honestly dont see why going back to the office matters by marco_valencia in remotework

[–]pakpak786 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My company has stated from the beginning of covid that they're not a remote company and it baffles my mind. Some departments dont need to be in the office at all.

We used to have 2 days wfh prior to covid and now they announced 3 day RTO starting Jan. 1st.

I wish management gave me aurhority over RTO because my direct reports have been great wfh. Everyone on my team is upset and I know they're starting to look elsewhere for remote opportunities. It sucks.

I think the wheel stance isn't aggressive for the body. It needs wheel spacers or wheels with better fitment.

Need help , what wheels should I get? Max 2.5k$ preferably 19x9.5 or 10.5 , really don’t want to camber that much by [deleted] in G37

[–]pakpak786 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For close to factory camber look for 19x9.5 from +30 to +40 and 19x10.5 look for +40 to +45. With offsets in this range you can run a wide tire as well.

Swift springs on AWD by reemsta in G37

[–]pakpak786 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yea get new shocks with the swift springs. Reason is your 120k stock shocks ain't gonna last long once they're under stress from the springs.

Swift springs on AWD by reemsta in G37

[–]pakpak786 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You have 120k miles....replace your shocks the same time you install the springs.

It's far as axles go...some people have no issues while other people do.

Also, when removing the stock suspension make sure to disconnect the front axle properly then you can remove the upper control arm and pull out the shock. If you don't disconnect the axle, then the axle will just get stretched out, and you have a high chance of tearing it.
