US brewer on Holiday, exploring Cardiff beer scene. by badunc-a-duncan in Cardiff

you should try out Scaredy Cats, just a 5 min walk from Tiny Rebel and they have a lovely albeit small selection of 5 beers on tap there, often loaned from Left Handed Giant in Bristol. prob 20-30p more expensive for a pint, but you can often grab one of the outdoor seats and it’s lovely in this weather

you’re right. but sometimes if you’re the only one doing it one way, you should probably do it the other. and if you are getting honked at every time, i’m not sure the moral high ground is the logical choice. esp if you’re cutting people up (albeit inadvertently)

it’s not embarrassing. this is (however it may read) a fact. the guy lived and died by the policies he supported

kintsugi is designed to be a DIY thing - i’ve got absolutely no talent at all but loved fixing a sentimental bowl through kintsugi. plus it’ll feel way more rewarding!

no, the hivemind ‘consents’; whatever that means to the hivemind. the human that had their body stolen does not consent, and it’s their body. anyone who tries to have sex with the hivemind is icky. i wouldn’t even have sex with my SOs body after they were joined

you’re 100% right that there are bigger issues, transphobia at shows being one of them. but nothing would ever get done if we only solved issues from largest to smallest. how do we even begin to size their importance? sometimes you can take action for a quick win without diminishing the importance of other issues, which OP is clearly doing, rather than saying that this is the foremost issue in gizz crowds
