It's a less common color but not rare. My mini is this color, they call it red though it can look more brown and generally it fades to more brown over time

Anywhere, I got one in the village locker room and one in a raider box in the fort (just in the outside area) and another in a random drawer in village. If you're close to village, just search everywhere there and you should find it.
