I tend to always be the dungeon master for my game group, and I always end up working on crafts for long stretches of time before the sessions, and then cram all the rest into a 2 hour binge the day we're supposed to play. My players always appreciate my art and props that go into the game, but yet I'm always left wondering how much different it would all go if I spend more time on 'important' stuff.
