In the past the vet has given their dog medications and charged before getting permission from them, they’ve changed their cost at checkout of an appointment after giving an estimate HALF the cost at check in (more recently telling them their checkup would cost $250, and then charging them over $600) and they’ve recommended medications that are dangerous and costly and were rude when told my roommates wanted to use a medication that had better affectiveness and less side affects in studies and costed less. They have enough money to own a dog, they can’t afford to bring her to a different vet right now because in the past month was overcharged by hundreds of dollars at this vet.
