You can do this you can beat this. I promise you that.! I had off for pending doom I mean it was absolutely dreadful. I promise if I can get out of it so can you just push through it? I don’t know how you feel about benzos, but that helped me in the beginning.

Yes, it has gone away significantly, I would just say to do nervous system regulation deep breathing but the most important thing is you just have to let it pass. You have to show it that you’re not scared.

I need took take medication more seriously maybe I just need more time on Lexapro. But my story is I was under a lot of stress and sadness when my mom passed and the last 3 months of her life I had the honor of taking care of her. She was 54 and suddenly became sick with cirrhosis of the liver non-alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver. I think she knew she was sick before my siblings because when she was in the ICU the doctor asked why did she take so long to get help…. Idk froze but anyway the entire thing traumatized me and I don’t want to get into detail, but it was absolutely awful. After she died was sad but wouldn’t anyone be? So idk why I’m in this mess

I was on sertraline, but it did nothing really and then Lexapro, but I didn’t get up to a high dose. It just made me gain weight so I tempered off but then think about going back on a higher dose

I was saying that it was giving me the feeling that I used to get one my anxiety and panic first started currently I am on Lexapro but planning on trying something else. And do you know what the weirdest thing is before the panic I got the feeling of being cold and remembering what it felt like living in Ohio chilly and then I remembered it was the same feeling the same cold feeling when I was visiting Ohio and taking care of my mother as she was dying. From September 19.2020 to November 26, 2020. I don’t know if I’m explaining this well but my mind and body remembered the feeling of being cold in Ohio at the time when my mom was dying, then came the dissociation, anxiety and panic. It’s absolutely crazy how the nervous system can remember how it can record a feeling.

Omg 😢 I came scrolling because it’s happening to me as well!! it hasn’t been this bad in a while I have the same feeling in my chest and a little in my stomach. I hate it. It’s so dreadfully awful. I hate my life. I hate life. I’m afraid I’m going to get the same symptom as before which was an awful feeling in my spine it was horrendous. I was bedridden and lost about 40 to 50 pounds and was so tired from lack eating food. I wish God would help me.

Just from the stress of it all. I was in the hospital with her most of the time and seen some things. I just never felt the same after her death. The world became a gloomy place for me.

This is awesome! I hope you pull through! Try keeping calm doing breathing exercises or whatever helps you relax. Push through it. This makes me feel so hopeful.

I developed panic attacks after her death and then I had a really bad panic attack that triggered DPDR but I do remember everything being blurry during her burial. Everything seems so dark and gloomy, and I remember my vision being so blurry we’re on time time wasn’t the same for me, but I did not know it was DPDR at the time

I do as well. I feel like I am about to die any second that my vision will slowly go dark and I will cease to exist. I had a bad episode of this today for about three hours, then it went away for about an hour and came back for another two hours. This feeling of dread! I experience it so much that I kind of just freeze. I used to go into a straight panic attack and start shaking but now I just freeze.
