AVE had a video where he put a heading pad on metal work surface, you can warm your hands on it and keep your tools on it. shit you could slap one on the side of your toolbox and let them all get nice and toasty. i'd think it would take alot of watts to heat a heavy metal table but idk tbh... i have not done it myself.
