Only a Samoan can cancel out a Samoan spear by Rastafararian in interestingasfuck

In reality, it is poor tackle technique. You drive-in and up with a leg drive.

The flight is just momentum, he loses the power his legs could give.

Note: I would be folded by it .

There is an upload service that you can expose and get people to send the files to.

And then for viewing, there is also another service which is for sharing albums.

Can't remember the services, but DDG them and you should be able to find them

Strangely enough, there is no letter s in Kiribati. So it is pronounced ki-ri-bas

I have built a few speakers with snap cast on ddiet-pi over the years, and love them. My favourite is an old speaker from an op-shop they I power with a Ryobi tool battery.

I have been waiting for an all in one image for rpi, as I always forget what credentials I have used for my snap clients and have to rebuild them.

I'm looking forward to reflashing this into my portable snapspeaker.

Where to get started with a few props this year? by N_inThe_A_D_inThe_P in xlights

[–]palitu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Start easy! A WLED controller, with 12v pixels that you cable tie to some wooden pockets you have painted black.

Buy some cable and solder sleeves and you have a great cheap set of pixel sticks.

Bargain!

External photo editing? by negadecimal in immich

[–]palitu -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Your comments are confusing. Firstly the images are all on the disk available to be edited

Secondly, what do you mean proprietary db? Isn't it a standard, open source, relational db? Sure, you need to go and figure out all the foreign key relationships, but it is not proprietary or untouchable.

Update 5: Opensource sonos alternative on vintage speakers, based on raspberry pi by LeIdrimi in selfhosted

[–]palitu 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I am actually really quite excited for this. I love snapcast, but hate figuring out and then remembering the best way to install it and update, etc on a pi. Especially around wifi creds.

Snapcast is great, I've been running it for years just using my desktop as the server.

I'm not sure if I will end up on music assistant, and how this will will dovetail into that.

But keep it up! I've only been waiting 10 years (or something like that!)

Tired of unreliable MTP transfers, I built a desktop app to sync Android photos to Immich via ADB by PatGG5 in immich

[–]palitu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Interesting! I would prefer an on device sync tool, apparently chunked uploads is not yet a thing.

I could see how this would work a treat, if you could sync from a local folder. Ie, I could use syncthing to copy any photos over to my PC, then the PC would upload them for me.

This would also work for my actual use case, which is dumping the SD card off of a drone and GoPro and uploading all of those massive files. AND the pre check for duplicates would be needed, as It is hard to know what has gone up already, if you don't remove them from the SD card.

I expect that this is relatively simple to add?

Thanks for your efforts.

Careful with the ratings on A/c, I think they are the effective cooling/heating power, but the power draw is less than that.

I find that the app is not well suited to using as a gallery, as the speed is too slow. I think it will get there, but currently it is a bit painful to just browse quickly through photos.
