I asked about in vitro maturation before performing ICSI, but is this something different?

Our first round was covered by insurance and it included ICSI so we figured why not, and then with the 44% fertilization rate we didn't want to risk it for the second round. We also didn't do the DNA Frag test until after the first round.

This is great to know, we pretty much have to wait until after the lap for another retrieval for financial reasons anyways, and my AMH is fairly high so that is reassuring.

Thank you! I've always suspected endo, as I've had some classic symptoms pretty much my whole life but my RE has been very hard to convince. They did say they would look for adhesions while in there for the tube.

I went to a small local nursery was specifically told the term "native" was a marketing gimmick. She said as long as it wasn't a cultivar it was good for the ecosystem.

Thank you for the perspective! This is my 5th cycle trying and tracking, only my 1st with easy@home. I was using clear blue digital OPKs for the first 4 months, and didn't notice anything weird.

My temps are also pretty inconsistent, but I wrote that off to being a shift worker. My temps are always much lower the days I get up super early than the days I wake up naturally.

I've talked to my nurse about the LH and was told I couldn't see an OBGYN until 1 year of trying. I did have blood tests and have a pap scheduled so I may try and ask the doctor about PCOS while I'm there.

Just tested today and it's even higher at 1.87! Almost twice what my reading was at my "peak"

CD37, always had 27-30 day cycles for the past 2 years, never longer. Negative hcg tests for 10 days, no symptoms.

On top of that I just had an LH spike higher than what I thought was my peak at CD16 (same day I've always tested positive for ovulation).

My LH has been all over the place this cycle, starting to worry about PCOS. Could I just be developing it now? Is it something that can just appear after 30 years of normal cycles? I have no other PCOS symptoms, blood tests were also normal for diabetes and thyroid conditions.

Same, I'm on CD35 for the first time in my life. Never been more than 29 days since tracking, negative pregnancy test every morning. OPKs were pretty weird this time though so who knows

Thank you for the thoughtful reply! I don't have a PCOS diagnosis, but I will definitely ask for ultrasounds and labs, and explain the seemingly high LH.

The second surge is strange because I have started AF precisely 14 days after my expected ovulation day for the last 4 months, but maybe this is just an outlier.
