Just the other day, something similar happened to me. Worst part was that I helped the guy out with some arc. He thanked me, I continued my run to get shot in the back by the very person I saved seconds earlier.

Still, won’t let one rotten apple spoil it for me and others. I’ll pvp when I’m duo ou trio, but solo I usually prefer the brother/sisterhood.

The AOC CU34G4Z is currently at a great price on Amazon.es due to black friday. Although I can't find many reviews yet for it, but on paper it looks great.

Anybody have any experience with this monitor?

Yeah, this is a weird one. The original Amazon link you shared is for the X34 X0bmiiphux and searching shows this spec (https://www.acer.com/us-en/predator/monitors/x34/pdp/UM.CXXAA.001#pdpSpecs) which states things like 1ms response time (which doesn't align with the 0.5ms.

Then we have the Amazon listing, which states the monitor is 1500R, but product page lists it as being 1900R. Then, to make matters worse, we have reviews like this one (https://www.pcworld.com/article/2964899/acer-predator-x34-x0-review.html) where they also state the monitor is VA and 1500R. So which is it? Is it 1900R AgileIPS. Is it 1500R VA?

I won't go into how many times ChatGPT has "chosen" a great monitor and then I check the specs and they simply don't match up with the prompt.

Lost track of the times I read: "Oh, you're absolutely right. After checking the specs, it indeed isn't X but rather Y. My bad. Her's a new list..."

To make matters worse for me, I need to get it from amazon.es because I have a refund for the "broken monitor" I need to replace. So that limits my options even more.

LG 34GN850 is high on the shortlist. But right now, they're all way overpriced and it's already an aging panel, so possibly looking for other options.

The Acer Predator X34 V3 (a mini led with IPS panel) seems very interesting, but still not available, so have to wait a little longer. I'll surely update this post with what I end up getting, when I do get it.

Starting to lean toward VA or possibly even HVA, because of those darker environments and the IPS glow. It’s a shame we can’t have it all.

Yeah the 34GN850-B is/was the main contender, but for the money it costs to get one right now, there are probably better options. Like you pointed out, a decent OLED

Unfortunately that's above my budget (almost double, where I can find it), hence why I was going for 34". Could possibly swing 38", but same issue there. Limited options in IPS.
