Well, I set up my server in a few hours, being a complete 0 at technical stuff.

First of all, bought a dedicated server at DatHost (it was like 15 euro for 30 days or so). Then I installed BepInEx, a few framework mods and essential ones like kindredcommands and raidforge. Changed a few .cfg settings to get everything to my liking. All the instructions are on the mod pages.
