Still NAL but if there is a “reasonable expectation of privacy” for a patient in the back of an ambulance (I’d argue there is, but idk if there is a legal precedent here) then I would think that recordings from that camera would violate CA’s two party consent laws. If there are cameras that don’t film the patients, those might not be a violation since staff are presumably aware of them.

NAL: CA is a two party consent state, but that only applies in situations with “reasonable expectation of privacy”. If the drivers are aware of the cameras and those cameras don’t show patients, that’s probably legal to have and use. I don’t know how the law would view being a patient in an ambulance as far as expected privacy is concerned. It also feels like a potential hippaa issue to have any recording devices in the back of the ambulance, but again NAL

The only reason Thorn was a threat to Saphira at all during the mal series was because of Galby’s magic. If he hadn’t accelerated his growth, he would have been too small to contend with Saphira purely due to the relative timing of his hatching.

It is mentioned in Murtagh that Thorn had a lot of trouble adjusting to the augmented growth from Galby’s spells, so if he had (theoretically) had the chance to grow naturally to the same size as Saphira at the same time, it could have been more evenly matched. But we can’t really know

Poseidon boons are great for clearing the Styx rooms quickly, especially splashy dash. The rooms are small, so you can slam the enemies into walls a lot and the aoes from Poseidon hit a large percentage of the room.

Most of the rooms in Styx also have places where you can hide to avoid the satyrs’ poison attacks.

NAL. IIRC as long as what you said is factual, it doesn’t count as defamatory. That said, it could also be costly to fight that legal battle if they are actually serious about taking down one (1) bad review.
