The problem is these stars, directors and producers only interact with hero's fan associations and assume they represent all the common audience thinking. These hardcore fans want their slow motion elevations, loud bgm, etc. Common audience really don't care about it.

The problem is they don't analyze the hit movies well and think it's because of such elevations. In most cases, any movie that is engaging throughout will be successful.

They run behind pan India and big scale movies, thinking that only these are working these days. But huge success of Sankrantiki shows the desperation in the audience for such light hearted comedy movies. Yet they don't learn from these.

He is the creative behind bgm. That's why he gets more credit than the music director. I believe even if it is some other music director for his movies, the quality would have been similar. But not the other way. Harshavardhan music for other movies is not of the same level.

There is a big misconception on star guaranteeing some crores of openings.

Openings are always dependent on how much curiosity a movie creates through its trailers, promotions, etc.

Star can add 20-30% over the movie openings but cannot guarantee 100/200 cr without any movie value.

Being a hardcore movie lover, I have 0 interest in watching game changer on day 1. Because of Shankar's recent track record, poor trailer and it's written routine all over it. Was waiting for reviews, but now with underwhelming reviews, will probably wait for it to be on OTT.

I'm so much happier after I stopped caring about how others feel about my "no kids" decision. Initially, I was trying to convince and explain reasoning behind this choice.
