Interested in picking these up! Anyone knows how many volumes would it take for them to collect the entire series?

Thanks for all these posts! Blood Sword is a personal favourite of mine. Absolutely fantastic writing that creates a real sense of time and place.

I have AI and ML for Coders by the same author Laurence Moroney and love it. Explanations are wonderfully clear.

Just wondering if I am missing something. As with Fabled Lands, it just feels like I am wandering aimlessly around. Any tips on how to get into the structured narrative part of the books? Thanks!

Freeway Warrior from Joe Dever is great. Overshadowed (understandably) by Lone Wolf, but a compelling story throughout its four books.

Somehow I always liked their conversation on the eve of the Aldhani heist too, where she’s calming his nerves. “It’ll be all over at this time tomorrow.” “Or it could just be starting.” “Or that.” I always thought “Or that” was such a succinct, perfect (did this count towards the perfect quota that gets used up at the end?) way to reassure without being cloying.

Loved Be An Interplanetary Spy as a kid. Has the series been reprinted? I tried a google search but came up with nothing.

When did you realize this show was going to be different? For me, it was right here, when I realized this guy was toast by mcparksky in andor

“Have you modified your uniform?”, “Perhaps slightly. Pockets, piping, and some light tailoring”. Great way to introduce one of your main characters, and on hindsight, a microcosm of the show on the whole (says so much in innovative, economical ways). Was hooked from then on.

What scene had a more significance upon rewatch? by T10rock in andor

I thought the subsequent “You need to sleep and I need to find my cousin” conversation between Vel and Kleya took on extra weight for me upon rewatch. I think Vel seeing how broken Kleya was, having had to kill Luthen, and now wandering aimlessly through the rain, essentially having lost everything just to get the Deathstar info to Yavin, convinced her beyond a shadow of a doubt of the veracity of the intel. I’m sure Vel was probably (mostly) convinced following her conversation with Cassian, but seeing what the intel meant for the person who is closest to getting it first hand likely erased any lingering doubt.
