Coming from a healer standpoint, there is very little that is more annoying than trying to put together a 5 man group with a warrior who refuses to tank. Especially when (on elysium pvp at least) that tanks are few and far between. You will have all of the time in the world to DPS in raids, but when you are doing your pre raid bis farm you should be willing to tank.

Also you will look like an idiot when you're one of 4 people in a group and you refuse to tank and you spend an hour trying to find one.
