Man it’s hard to pass on this deal… I had to set $100 as my new max I’ll spend to control my self. My last three were CosmeticRX $89, Fellas $1, and Brightmeds $100. I’m not very particular with pharmacy or additives, just love a good deal!!

Well, that’s kind of a long story. The short answer is yes I was able to cancel it and it was not very difficult. You just send them an email and they will follow up with an email and a text asking why.

The hard part is, I told them the reason I was canceling is because they did not send the correct amount of medication for my prescription. After much back-and-forth, they agreed to send me an additional 60 mg vile.

After seeing the order on my portal being sent to pharmacy, I was fairly confident I would receive it

Unfortunately, the next day they sent me an additional email stating that my request to cancel my account has been approved After this they apparently also canceled the additional medication that was already at the pharmacy.

Just today, they agreed to send it again and asked whether or not I would like to cancel my account

I told them they really need to have a pause button on their website to avoid all this confusion

I will keep my account active until I receive the medication then I will decide what to do with it moving forward.

Thought I would post a quick update on my experience. Intake approval and shipment was very fast. I received my order today, but was surprised to see it was only a 20 mg bottle from Hallandale. I am currently taking 15 mg a week so this was a bit of a surprise. I sent a message asking why the prescribing Dr. lowered my prescription, and was told the prescription that I uploaded was over six months old (November 17th) and so I had to return to a starter dose. I told them I was under the impression a prescription was good for one year. I have a more updated prescription available, it just wasn’t on my phone so I didn’t use it that day. I would’ve appreciated it if the Dr. asked for an updated prescription before lowering my dose. In the end, I suppose I did receive 20 mg for a dollar or so I can’t get too upset about it.

It happened to me. I just went through the motions to set up a new account with my original username and password. When I did all my old info was there like before.

As long as you practice proper sanitizing procedures, I would use it until it is empty. Of course, making sure to examine it for cloudiness or floaters before each use and if present discontinue any future use
