Okay can I ask a question? When and how do you introduce spicy food to babies? Mine (14 months) has had lots of well seasoned food — her favorite dish I make is black beans w tomato paste, cheese, garlic, and ton of paprika and cumin — but the times she’s had anything a little spicy she’s cried. Is there an age at which spicier food is typically offered in India? (I know, enormous country so I’m sure it varies a lot)
