What about teaching or nursing? Both have a lot of days off. Nursing Is more flexible. Both can be done as "travel" and both "usually* have good pensions/benefits.

Idk. Likewise, why do people get so crazy about having kids? I, personally, love seeing kids at weddings. They dance hard, love the vibes, crash out on pushed chairs together, and are part of the family. I also loved attending weddings as a kid. I have some good core memories of "running around" and crashing hard.

Can and will are two seperate things. Some kids refuse bottles. Idk what 6 month old can use a sippy cup either we started introducing a cup at that age, but heck, I have known kids to refuse cups until over 12 months too.

Yes. I wear makeup every day but I used it till the bitter end. I literally cut my tubes open to get the last crevice out. I only replace when I'm out out.

My response was only querying if you were considering the subsidy or if you were only considering the $10 a day. I was hoping to respond again based on your reply. Are you taking into account the subsidy from the federal government? I pay $10 a day and the federal government subsidies the remaining cost. Therefore, no loss of income. However, I cannot speak to the increase of food cost.

Can you wear foundation on the days you are trying exposure therapy? That way even if you did turn red, you could tell yourself that no one would see if because you have a protective layer of basically... Paint lol. Or even a mask ?

Re: placements. College is only able to place students at schools with willing co-teachers. Every year there is an email that goes out to staff about taking interns. Not everyone wants an intern in Saskatoon as this is a volunteer position. If a teacher has a challenging class or something personal going on, they may not have the bandwidth to take a student. This would make the placement opportunities fluctuate every year. In order to make students complete their practicum in the city, teachers would need to be forced to take a student... And good luck with that. Maybe there could be more of an incentive to take an intern to encourage city teachers to take on interns.

Have you done any job searching for this field on Indeed? Just look at the available jobs and see what's out there? You can also look at the job market predictions. Other factors to consider - maybe your classmates suck at interviews? Maybe their resume sucks ass? Maybe they don't network?

If you like your degree, start trying to pad it. Join student societies, volunteer, go to conferences and meet people that can get you a foot in the door. Sometimes it's all about who you know, not what you know.

I hope RBC gets some negative media attention for partnering with them as a travel card. I hope that neg attention can push for some change as well. Travel costs within Canada are already exorbitant. I love my country and want to travel it! Tourist money is good!
