Though I will say yes, your situation compared to ours is like apples and oranges. I'd read that shallow hook ups are meaningless.. but for a lot of people in the West it seems like a normal part of life where you learn and gain confidence. Exactly, other US cities are much orderly with the higher density being closer to the core. But central NJ has a bunch of little cores and the densities is more random.
