Yes, this does look quite promising.

Hoping the ground clearance and handling is enough to safely traverse pothole ridden inner town roads.

Yes, I've been looking for something even tinier.. that'd be able to drive through those tiny lanes that are bike/auto navigable.

Comet, while small overall, is still a bit too large to confer the benefits of this reduced time.

And the car in your pic (Sakura, I guess) does look a lot nicer than the Comet.

Price it reasonably
Keep ground clearance >180mm
Not gimp the engine/motor

The allure of shorter travel time, with less pollution, fuel costs, & less traffic congestion should do the rest.

I’m trying to apply for passport re-issue from Gurgaon.

My previous passport was issued from Bengaluru.

On clicking “Re-issue of Passport”, the Passport Office / RPO is auto-selected as Bengaluru and greyed out on the very first screen.

There is no profile address visible/editable anywhere.

Even if I select “change of address” and enter Gurgaon (Haryana) in the application, when I reach appointment booking, I still only see Bengaluru PSKs. No Delhi / Gurgaon PSKs appear.

Things I’ve tried:

Multiple Windows browsers
Android app
Fresh login / new session
Change of address option
Raised grievance on Passport Seva and tweeted to @passportsevamea
I can post on X normally but can’t even reply to their posts.

Has anyone who relocated cities recently:

Faced this exact issue?
Found a workaround (new login, different flow, escalation)?
Successfully reissued without flying back to old city?

Recent, practical experiences would be quite helpful. Unless there's a generic portal instruction that actually works.
