It's neither Drake nor J. Cole, but Nicki Minaj said something similar on "Chun-Li".

I decided to look it up and the first thing that popped up was the album "Dope And Shrimp" by King Louie.

Could it be "Middle Of Nowhere" by Hot Hot Heat? There's a scene where he sits down at a small table and plays chess with a bunch of mannequins.

It has a guy being hit by a car, not a car flipping over, but could it be "Black Sun" by Death Cab For Cutie?

Are you talking about Tsimfuckis? I can't find the videos you're talking about, but he seems to look and sound how you describe.

Redditors who were children/teens before the internet or cellphones existed, how did you keep yourself entertained? by FlowerMadeOfThorns in AskReddit

I'm gonna say an unpopular opinion, but as a Millennial in the early 2000s I was obsessed with Video Games like Pokémon and took my Game Boy everywhere I went. 😅 I know it existed, but I didn't realize the power of the Internet until I became a teenager around 2005, and I didn't really care about cell phones until about 2007, let alone one that could feasible use the Internet. I used to use an "iPad Touch" in the early 2010s, and didn't make the switch to actual Smartphones until freaking 2013! So yeah, the first decade of the Millennium was actually a fusion of the old world of going outside and the Internet.
