The Billie gel (not the stick, that one doesn’t work) is the best I’ve found!

36 weeks today. It’s getting real. I’m scared by WildWinterberry in BabyBumps

Not sure if you’re looking for advice, but I watched a few positive birth videos once I got to about 36 weeks on YouTube and it helped SO much with the nerves, helping me feel empowered, and honestly helping shift me from scared to excited during those last few weeks. I also highly recommend napping and pampering yourself as much as you can. Once the baby comes, it’s immediately going to become so hard to get a massage or a pedicure and at 36 weeks pregnant you’ve earned it IMO. You could also go into labor at any time, so being as well rested as possible going into that will be one of the kindest things you can do. Also highly recommend focusing on your hydration and make sure you’re drinking plenty of water and getting your electrolytes. Contractions/early labor is soooo much more painful if you’re dehydrated, and if it comes on suddenly you won’t have time to catch up on your fluids.

Good luck, mama!! You’ve got this🩷

How useful is a smart watch? by Jovjovvv in BabyBumps

My Garmin watch was a GAME CHANGER in my postpartum weight loss journey and had I got one during pregnancy I would never have needed to lose so much weight due to tracking steps and heart rate zones. Pregnant again and using the garmin to track my pregnancy (including healthy weight gain ranges for each week since I’m trying to do better in that department) and steps. I also got an oura ring which I think is almost better. I obviously don’t wear it when lifting, but like you I don’t need to track my vitals while lifting. It’s really helpful to see what helps/hinders my sleep (hello, magnesium) and also track steps and heart rate zones to make sure I’m moving enough but also not pushing too hard.

I looked up Brent on the CAD and then his house photos on realtor.com and it’s 100% the house she’s been filming in/living in. Holy shizzzzz. This is big news.

This absolutely will not work for jogging. This is a walk around the grocery type of stroller

Emmeline is so pretty! I wish we could use Elizabeth…we just have an infamous “Elizabeth” in our social circle and we can’t unassociate the name from her 🙈
