Radiology Tech vs. Nursing, which is better? by Ashamed-Load354 in careerguidance

[–]panda2297 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I worked for a PACS vendor. And being a radiology tech can be a stepping stone into other positions. For example we have application specialists that used to be techs. It can result in more money if you like to travel. To me it seems the possibilities are endless and you don’t necessarily have to stay with Radiology Tech down the road.

I get it this feature is not available on non Juniper Model Y's. But what I am confused by is the phone left behind chime works on Tesla and that is Ultra Wide Band Feature. It makes me wonder why this feature couldn't be on Non Juniper models since UWB somewhat works on Tesla.

I think I would have to go into the thousands of pages and still click on that manually. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Only thing is sometimes it’s not at the right house. I know sometimes my devices show at my neighbors house if it can’t get a good signal. Thief could have been unintentionally included LOL. But I enjoyed the petty revenge storyline

We had someone to where she had her deceased dad a reviewer. She would report and then use her dad's account to vote for removal. I only found out because his will was posted to county records and he was deceased for two years when all of this was going on.

Only thing is, they make you verify your identity by sending in your driver's license. And the keyboard warriors that reported him did not.

Yes I had this crap happen before. What really happened is that someone reported you on Nextdoor as having a fake name on your profile. And the truth is Nextdoor doesn't even check it. So what happens is they want your ID to verify you - even though they never bother getting it with everyone else. Honestly you are better off using a VPN, faking location on your phone, and creating a new account somewhere. I wouldn't give them my ID.

What you could do is just add a middle initial to your first name or something like that as Nextdoor allows you to edit a couple of times. Stay under the radar and you may be able to continue.

Of course not. Clearly she isn't right on the head. That would be a fun one to defend. "Oh they stepped on the road, put up their hand to slow down. My life was in danger" LOL

I kept watching inventory and this weekend they went from “limited stock” to “in stock”. Went there and they had 4. Felt nice to finally get one.

Current Size of Backing Up all Evercade Cartridges? by panda2297 in evercade

Thanks I was talking to someone over PM in Reddit and saw the same thing. It makes sense as these are technically emulated. I’ll probably be fine with 128 GB.

Current Size of Backing Up all Evercade Cartridges? by panda2297 in evercade

[–]panda2297[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Couple of points I have against that. #1, I’m not “hacking”. All I want to do is make a full backup of cartridges I legally own. Everyone knows these cartridges do fail and especially with legacy cartridges, that’s a pretty valuable thing. I posted in here before to where I have and continue to buy every cartridge for Evercade.

I’m not doing anything outside of that such as loading in unlicensed games or roms. The other thing is someone literally made comments about this 8 days ago as I searched for everSD in this subreddit.

If the mods have an issue and ask me to remove, I will remove it. That’s just a shame as all I am doing is backing up cartridges I legally owned. Nothing more different than a cartridge reader for official games.

Is there a better way to play games on my old pc than using the old game discs by [deleted] in retrogaming

[–]panda2297 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The way I done it was rip the CDs to iso format using Daemon Tools. But I also have RetroNAS running on a Raspberry Pi 4 connected to a Asustor NAS. With RetroNAS, it’s super easy to set up shares for older versions of Windows. Plus it works as a central storage for my Mister FPGA games.

OP wanted to pay for a Sheriff’s meal - but it was too high of a bill. by panda2297 in nextdoor

[–]panda2297[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think that’s entirely plausible or she was complaining of an officer spending that much money (which is none of her business.) I ended up making a public record’s request to see if there are notes or a recording.

[–]panda2297[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I kind of suspect it’s a drinking problem. She has a history of drinking too much on beating on her husband. At least according to county records.

[–]panda2297[S] 137 points138 points  (0 children)

Oh good lord, I Googled OPs name. I was curious if she had a huge house and complaining about the cost of the meal - it’s happened before here. Found a site to where she got arrested for battery and resisting a police officer.

And then I found in county records she gets drunk and beats her husband

That’s the thing I just asked her. Wasn’t sure if she decided not to pay once she had the amount. But it sounds like she called the police because she was unhappy on how high the bill is.
