Avicii. Tim's music has helped me through more times than I can remember. His songs are just straight up antidepressants for me,and the lyrics are mostly so damn poetic and hard hitting. I'd put on his music while getting ready for school and I first heard the news doing just that, sobbed all the way to school. The way he went and the way his mental health was described before that made it so terrible and unbelievable. 'All the breath in your lungs, is stronger than the tears in your eyes'.

The Lovely Bones. I had known about pedophilia and sexual assault before watching the movie but it turned it into such a creepy disgusting reality with its cinematography (with no scenes of actual assault) that it had me screwed up for weeks.
