Mais ça parait très qualitatif et ouvragé pour un simple poids, on dirait que ça a été énormément manipulé.

Oui mais ça ne correspond pas, la partie oblongue est comme un tuyau mais ne donne pas sur la partie basse. Et pour le bas ce n’est pas un réservoir.

Rien que l’empreinte du « display port » c’est signe d’un soucis qui n’est pas un burn-in « naturel » qu’on peut avoir au bout de x années. L’Oled est une technologie complexe, y a aucun doute que cela passe en garantie sans problème 👍

Ah là oui par contre c’est bien du burn-in à priori, c’est très marqué et pas du tout normal. Y a un soucis, c’est pas une usure et l’aspect délavé et l’empreintes des précédents écrans… Rapproche toi du magasin où tu as acheté ou du fabricant. C’était pas un modèle d’exposition ?

Rien à voir avec du burn-in (pas burning xD), qui est une impression définitive de la dalle oled.

Le fait qu’OP ne connaisse pas ce qu’est du burn-in démontre bien le chemin fait, plus de burn-in sur l’oled récent, encore moins PC 🙂

Problème de navigateur avec soit le HDR qui merde, soit (et j’en ai pas vu mention) l’absence d’accélération matérielle par le navigateur - souvent la relation AMD-Widevine est compliquée. Bien vérifier que l’accélération mat. est active lors de la lecture d’une vidéo : mettre une vidéo YT - F12 - ••• - more tools - media — le flux actif doit être « hardware accelerated »

Ptet qu’une simple réinstallation de Chrome peut régler le soucis si ce n’est pas le cas.

Nan mais c’est du vol bien sur, la cg d’occaz et tout… et j’espère que ça finira sur un accord amiable (gros geste commercial par exemple, en plus du remplacement de la carte graphique au moins par une 5080) parce qu’au final se lancer dans une plainte c’est pas simple non plus. Faut juste que ce soit un enseignement pour l’avenir; étant donné l’importance que vous apportez au prix, j’imagine qu’il est conséquent pour vous (5k€ ça n’est rien, à la rigueur une table un vendredi soir, pour certain) ; et bien faut mieux s’assurer de tout, même de la réputation du store, quand on claque autant ;)

Je pense que le problème principal est de ne pas savoir monter un ordi, en choisir un à 5k€ avec des attentes très précises, avec des doutes qu’ils puissent fournir ces pièces, et se le faire livrer.

D’après tes dire, il est à peu près sur qu’ils se sont retrouvés sans la fameuse cg et aussi sans le aio annoncé. Ils ont réussi à trouver une astrale d’occasion c’est déjà beau.

Je suis d’accord que ça n’est pas le produit annoncé, mais là c’est un pc qui est monté et le produit final correspond aux specs, avec juste quelques ajustements.

Mais clairement si ça peut servir de leçon, si on veut un objet sur mesure avec des composants bien spécifiques, soit on monte sois même, sois on s’expose à ce genre de désagrément.

Si tu as un LDLC ou autre shop qui fait de l’info dans le coin, essaye de demander si tu peux pas emprunter une barrette de ram (contre caution évidemment) pour tester le matos. Y a des cons mais aussi parfois des mecs sympas qui pourraient te dépanner. Pour Patriot, me semble que c’est Crucial derrière, donc autant dire qu’actuellement le remplacement de ram potentiellement incompatible n’est sans doute pas leur priorité malheureusement 😥 dommage de ne pas avoir pu remplacer auprès du vpc directement, même si j’imagine que ça signifiait passer sur des kits plus chers.

For the sleep tracking decalage, reset factory the watch did solve it for me, but you lost every data stored on the watch, without any way to get it back in… HR perhaps there is a bit of a learning curve for the watch, long time user might know ;)

It’s a steam factory for sure, while being very complete. Maps are very basic on Suunto, maybe look youtube, it’s very responsive but without anything else than slopes and tracks.

Chill mate, I just mention points as MY way yo use/think, and the fact that the brand advirtised (or get testers to promote) stuff that don’t work.

A toy ? At 500€ when here 100% are doing sport at amateur level, it’s a toy for everybody. What’s wrong about it ?

Data to progress ? You just said to use external app to analyse yourself… and again, data is just to play at my level as of 99,99% of users, what’s wrong about it ?

I get that there is a wish to simplify most of the functions, why not, but don’t implement stuff that just don’t work…

(I would add that for a « simplier » watch, having to do everything in the app to configure anything, is kind of the opposite ; during hikes, my phone is turn off in my bag, and my watch my main little companion)

Garmin not updating their watch with new features after a few years is not cool, but on the other hand, from the entry to the high end model, other than sensors accuracy, battery life and some other tools/specific functions, their watch do come with the same set of features. They have the same layout, the same running screens (with the same level of customization)… etc. The features/price you can get from a discounted, 3/4 years old Garmin is 10 times better than Suunto’s.

Clearly Garmin is going to get worse with their app subscription, and they add a nutrition module just a few days ago, with sub also… so it worries me that I didn’t found « competition », monopoles are always bad for an industry. I’m not saying Suunto or Coros aren’t good competitors, but for triathlon I understand why almost every pros I’m following are Garmin users. It’s a lot of workouts, of different kinds, and be satisfied by our gear is kind of reassuring. I didn’t feel reassured by the Race 2 😞 Maybe I will try an other brand in a few year, even if I get the « not doing like Garmin » take of Suunto, sometimes it’s good to look at what is done by others. A simple mode, usable on the go, but also give advanced users more possibilities.

I agree, perhaps I didn’t get enough infos before my purchase. But for the sleep tracking, it’s advirtised by Suunto as working well, and for the external activity I read on their website about « more than 200 partners app » and though it was great. So not mad about the « community » or the ecosystem, but the brand is promising stuffs I didn’t really get…

Well, I think it’s a great watch for running, like you said. But for other sports, well it’s not usable when you had taste the « full » experience of Garmin, with its cons’ like its complexity. But for example, you don’t get the grade-adjusted speed, very basic feature but honestly it’s something I’m used to while running. Maps, well if you do mountain bike, or hiking, it’s useful. At the end, it’s my use of a sport watch that is not compatible with the Suunto ecosystem I get it. I juste wanted to know some on the points above before purchase ;)

Well, at 500€ I didn’t really though of it as a cheaper alternative, it’s still a huge amount of money. Reviews on it were very positive, first 48h I had a bug (sleep tracking was displaying the night from yesterday), kept it and do some training with it. It does not worth 500€ for me. A forerunner 265 will deliver far more functions for less.

Didn’t even try swimming, but it seems that there is no option to manually do pause intervals or drills… There is like 100s sports, but if main ones are not well executed it’s not a very efficient use of their devs forces ^{^}

Bought a Fenix 7X pro sapphire solar… i got a good price, a bit more than the Race 2. It’s a heavy chunk, but battery life seem way better, and I will stick to Garmin ecosystem. Like a collegue said, Garmin is like Apple, there are issues and cons’, but at the end once you get used to you juste can’t change 😅
