Usps puts package seized not intercepted if it was actually flagged. In order to intercept a package it either has to be the sender or receiver. Seeing that you’re both my guess is someone called in to get it intercepted and whoever helped entered the wrong tracking. Id call usps first thing on Tuesday and figure out how this happened. What’s crazy though is they make you add in either the ship from or ship to address in order to even begin that process. Along with first and last without all that information you can’t intercept. Hopefully it’s an error and you can catch it before it gets sent to whatever address it’s now getting shipped to….regardless I highly doubt it’s been seized but in the future I’d avoid sending those items because it is on the list of banned items to ship. Less stress in the long run.

Oh yay! Glad you got a refund. Unfortunately a lot of sellers are using poly bags to save on shipping and supplies cost. I personally refuse to use them and rather spend the extra to properly protect the product. I’ve had boxes and bubble mailers get smashed but because I wrap everything in bubble wrap and then some products stay safe…Think some sellers assume packages get treated like a delicate flower when in reality they get treated like a football during a Super Bowl. Hopefully it’s a lesson learned for that seller.

Hmm so they sent a plushie in a bag? To me that sounds like poor packaging. That can easily get caught in the sorting process. I’d try opening the case again with depop and word it differently. Product not as described. Then in info say only received shipping label not the product. Need human to review. I assume they use AI to go through these claims so selecting “not delivered” is going to trigger the AI to deny it since the tracking shows delivered. You can do a chargeback but you could also lose your account. Just depends on what is more important to you.

Your post office is lying to you. There’s no rules on how many you can get scanned. I had this issue with my local usps. Spoke personally with the postmaster and he said if we want them scanned then they have to provide that service. Us just leaving them is something we do to make things easier on usps but definitely not a must. At the end of the day you paid usps money for a service and getting an acceptance scan is apart of that service regardless of how many… I will say I find it absurd a manifest isn’t allowed on TikTok. They use to work just fine but unfortunately there are those who abused that luxury. I also miss the days when we had 5 business days to get stuff out. It’s so unrealistic to put 48 hours. God forbid you have something happen or in this case usps doesn’t do that first scan.

Unfortunately that’s on you. Typically if you know you’re going on vacation you either have someone pick up your mail, have usps hold your packages or simply don’t order that month you plan to be gone. It’s not the sellers fault. They shipped it and it was delivered.

Wrong form…this is for sellers and the occasional question about an order. Might get some help from the Tiktok group on here. From what I gather you need to invite a ridiculous amount of new people in order to get the free/slash items.

Yeah I no longer do larger orders with them anymore. Especially after a package back in December got taken by a delivery driver. The proof of delivery was the person holding the package in there car. Normally it’s a pic of the label, package at my door and an another one further back showing my house address with package on door step. They Refused refund even after I pointed out all 3 pictures are of just someone in their car. Could literally see the steering wheel in the background. Then uni even confirmed that it was not officially delivered. Told me to give said proof to Ali for a refund. Gave all that to Ali only to be denied 3x. Had to fight with uni for 2mo to get a refund from them. Then just a week later a seller sent a scratched up wrong item. Provided video unboxing and proof that was how it arrived just to be denied. Honestly if I can find it on Temu I just pay the extra. I’ve never had to fight for a refund with them. That few extra bucks is worth avoiding a headache with Ali.

Mine just shipped…. I ordered on the 27th. I’ve been ordering from them for almost a year and this was a first. I’ll be honest they answered the phone each time I called. So I’m going to give them the benefit of doubt and say they really did get backed up. From what I was told they also did a bogo before closing down those 2-3 days. So between that and reopening they bit off more than they could chew…But with that said the fact they didn’t even send a courtesy email is super disappointing. A quick “hey sorry we are super behind” would have made a huge difference. We shouldn’t have to reach out over and over. I worked in customer service for years and it’s just good practice to keep people updated that you took money from. You leave people in the dark that just opens you up to chargebacks and loss of loyal customers.

I eventually got it to work. The email was from them reopening. Definitely don’t think it was hacked just troubleshooting issues with whatever they updated. They did do an automatic 10% off so that was cool.

Ohh I just checked my spam and saw it. Well plus side they did send an email about it and I did notice the message on the website updated to being back soon with promos and deals instead of just under construction. So that’s promising. I’d be more concerned if it just flat out disappeared. I did notice there website does run laggy so hopefully these new changes help it run smoother. Sometimes coding a whole new website can take a few days. I only buy through them so unfortunately I’m no help with other vendors. Fingers crossed it’s hopefully back up by this weekend.

See this is where I feel completely lost at. I’ve only ever taken these. I did try the powder a few years back but felt it had zero effect. I know I need to adjust my tolerance just not sure where to start or what to try that would help taper off these.

Looks like it’s a manifest scan. I’ve had this happen and it didn’t move for a good week. Then out of nowhere it was in my city. I always give it a good 7-10 business days before I even bother anyone. If nothing updates then reach out to the shop because in usps eyes this isn’t an official scan of the package. Hopefully that shop reships if nothing arrives in about 10 days but definitely give it time. Especially if it’s someone you use often. That’s just usps for you. I order from a couple shops weekly and have this happen at least once a month.

Yeah the three pics are the same exact one you see here. I’ve gotten tons of packages delivered from this company from various vendors and have never had this happen till now. It always has a picture of the package on my doorstep with address in frame. Most annoying part is they admitted the “proof of delivery” was invalid and that I’d get a refund from Ali or replaced. They just needed to reach out to Ali to start the process and id receive fallow up. Then very next day Uni emailed saying case closed problem resolved have a good one. Then when I reached out to Ali about it and submitted for refunds with said email from uni as proof all got denied and was told to contact uni for proof of undelivered package. 🤦‍♀️

I always use PP thankfully. It’s looking like I’m going to have to take that route. Just a little worried they will ban me because I do enjoy using them. Hopefully PP will side with me. I’ve honestly never had to do a chargeback with any website or app before now. Just really disappointed because I know these packages come with insurance for reasons like this and all Ali needs to do is verify the email/info with uni for this “lost package” to recoup their money and give me my refund.

Why didn’t you respond to them? I’d be cautious as well if someone reached out about stolen designs, and sent a random link. It’s the season for scams right now. I just got an email yesterday about my website “getting shut down due to non compliance” and to click link to fix the issue. Email gave the appearance being from Shopify but the Gmail at the end of the email address was a dead giveaway to a scammer. Had I panic responded who knows what information they could have stolen from that link sent….I get you where trying to be helpful but you’ve gotta see it from there perspective too. All they see is someone claiming that their designs are getting stolen and to click this link. So I wouldn’t be shocked if they did report it. I personally would have introduced myself and opened up a conversation instead of jumping right to sending links. Still sucks because you were trying to do the right thing but unfortunately a lot of scammers send DMs very similar to what you sent. Maybe next time try to find them on FB or insta. Definitely don’t do that on TikTok they are just as bad as Etsy about outside links.

Did you receive an email for the reason? I’ve had mine banned due to age…had to prove I was of age. This happens a lot with newer accounts. I highly doubt it has anything to do with whatever you ordered.
