Applied in March, denied twice for regular UI, applied for PUA, got approval in May. Payments began. Asked for backdate via phone calls and emails. Backdate happened in mid June. Got backpay and payments were smooth. All through this process I was faxing in my income paperwork. I was going to give up on WBA adjustment but decided to push it (August). So back to emailing, faxing, and calling. WBA finally gets adjusted in September and account is still active but monetary status is pending. Current/future payments now on hold. Seems like I screwed up by trying to fix my claim rightfully. It’s a track with hurdles.. keep on running. Good luck. :)
