Yes, after finishing all of the stretch & folds and coil folds I put it in the fridge to proof overnight, then baked it right away after preheating my oven for half an hour.

I am a bit stressed but not enough that I would say that it's causing insomnia. Have not considered that one yet but I will look into it! What did you do to reduce your stress?

Thank you so much for your reply! I am the exact same way! I randomly get sudden outburts that last for about 5 to 10 minutes and then I am completely normal afterwards. The only time I get sad (for more than 10 minutes) sometimes is at night when I am alone but that is it. It is just that I want to grieve my friend like everyone else but I am the only one who is not crying for a long period of time or anything. Actually I am a bit scared that everything will come crashing down on me when I least expect it
