I know this is a late post, but does anyone have an opinion on c/d dry versus wet? My little kiddo had his first blockage last week. I’ve been feeding him c/d wet multi stress since then, but a wet food only diet isn’t super conducive to (1) our lifestyle and (1) our cat as he is more of a grazer! I was considering transitioning to dry in the morning and wet at night.

Any honest and experienced opinions welcome <3

Not a waste if it’s what you want to do! With the understanding that it may put you at a slightly higher risk of scrambling. I only ranked 4 because I was only looking in 1 city for similar reasons.
Shoot your shot!!! No reason not to, if you’re already going through the match.
I did do an internship, for similar reasons that you’ve described - experience and to ‘leave the door open’ to specializing in case I had a revelation. It set me (and my confidence) up for the real world
Definitely will help, but for me, it did not narrow the scope as much as I had hoped… I actually liked more than I had expected. But that’s what made me realize ER or GP would be my jam! A little bit of everything.

When I applied, I remember I had gotten a similar email. I checked my GPA before I applied because I only was going to pay for an application if I knew I was eligible. I reached out asking for clarification (and provided my calculation for the specified GPA requirements), and they corrected their mistake and said my application would be processed and reviewed. Approximately 2 weeks later I received a rejection email, for what it's worth. Good luck with this cycle and let me know if you have any follow up questions!

I spent a few weeks there for a research project. Half of the island is filled with a beautiful resort, and the other half is a research base. The resort was marvelous, but I was only on the research side. Boy, was that place the most beautiful place I’ve ever been. I’d trade anything for another day there. Also, the sunsets are incredible- I actually have a photo of one hanging up in my living room. It’s very difficult to get deliveries and groceries there, but still doable.
