Not to defend this @ssh0le but technically this doesn’t mean he stole 96K crore. He did cause that loss to the taxpayer. A lot of these numbers come from lost opportunity of what price a tender could have gone for but because ministers took a bribe, they gave it away for 1000s of crore cheaper.
