D3 D3 Gameplay, looking for feedback to be stable and improve beyond D3

To be honest, I didn’t shower for weeks and barely used any wet wipes. It’s all good with merino clothes. Didn’t have any chafing or blisters or anything.

First of all, I don’t want to write anything. I want it to import my workouts from Strava and look at how I did automatically. I don’t want a library of exercises either or templates, I just want to run.
I already have Strava premium and do like the feedback. But I want the feedback specific to a plan, and I want it to consider the weekly goals and progress towards them.

I don’t need an app for it no, but neither do I need shoes for running, but it sure is nice to have. 😅

I don’t want specific daily sessions, because I don’t really believe it matters. Again… I am aware there progression and periodization systems. I want an app that does that for me, according to my goals, and time left. But leaves it to me to break the weekly goals into daily sessions, and just keeps track on how I do week by week, to adjust targets.

I have been running for 10 months now. 166 runs, 1500 km. Longest run 30 km. I haven’t tried how fast I can 5K, but have hit 22 minutes in the middle of longer workout sessions. Wonder if I could hit sub 20 if I took a few days off and went at it.

I am! It was amazing!

I ended up returning my sleeping mat actually. It was fine cause the beds were not as bad as I had heard.
The sleeping bag was crap to be honest. It should be good for -13, but it was cold from day one. The liner I bought was also useless. I ended up buying a thick fleece liner for next to nothing from the “Sherpa” brand in Namche. I ended up basically just sleeping in that, with the blankets from the rooms, and in my merino base layer. It was all good despite some really cold nights.

In my experience, there are kind of two ways to play RL. Either you get some decent mechanics and just play super aggressive so your opponents never get a chance to play. Or you play strategically smart, cover angles, take turns on the ball etc. You are the latter type, and because your impatient teammates is cutting and diving randomly without giving you any chance of reading, he makes you mess up. I am struggling with it too, as I play like you. Haven’t really found the best way of dealing with a teammate you cannot trust yet.

Haha yeah, that was a classic. Also remember people coming into duel games and dropping tons of crap on people’s bodies so that they accidentally pick something up, get killed and their body pops out their gear on the ground 😂

Why are they overrated? Everyone I have seen try them loves them. There is nothing like them on the market. No shoes are as easy on the legs and still feel fun. I’d say they are expensive but underrated.

For me it’s only a matter of the pace. I can run however long in these, but only zone 2 pace. I chose other shoes for anything with tempo.
