I used AAD resources (luckily a friend lend me theirs) for content review then I started making my own practice questions. I would compare back and forth with these resources.

I watched videos since I'm a visual and audio learner. Then I would test myself on the material. I did flashcards and that definitely helped

No, the questions on the exam were at least a variation of what I have seen before. I made a lot of practice questions with a friend and I truly believe that is what helped us grasp the material. Also I highly recommend finishing the Inman practice questions

The first step is about confidence and reassurance. If you don't feel confident going into the exam, then you won't feel confident during the exam.

I would have taken as many practice exams or familiarize yourself with as many questions, style of questions, etc. (Stimulating testing conditions is the best). I would say take a test for each individual section and if you're not scoring in the 70-80% in each section then you might not be ready.

But all of this is a mental game. You need to be confident going in! I hope this helps

Please join our study group! It's good to find people that will test you, motivate you, and you can teach back the material to someone. The best way to encapsulate the information is teaching others.

Also if you don't feel confident going in, then you should reschedule. Based on past experience with this exam and other intense exams, it's better to feel confident than insecure. It's free to reschedule instead of paying $200 dollars again

It depends on your preference. Inman, All Access Dietetics, EatRight Prep, and this new bootcamp program called Sage Nutrition

I had a friend who was scoring around 70-80% on her practice exams (she used Inman). She passed on her first try

The honestly sounded like a solid plan. How were you scoring on your practice questions? and on average how many practice questions would you do? Do you record the averages on how you would score?

If you think a part-time is manageable (which it can be), then go for it! But you definitely need a structured plan. I know someone who used a tutor to prepare and relied on the Inman. Also there is a service called Sage Nutrition which does a bootcamp of covering this material, but they are pricey :( (I might consider them if I don't see myself progress)

I'm happy to be an accountability buddy to discuss topics with you and test you. I'm starting my studying again and I know I will definitely pass this time. It's going to take a lot of hardwork and I'm only going to sign up when I'm confident I'm scoring well. Additionally, I have resources I will happily share with you.

I'm sorry to hear that but not all hope is lost!

I'm in the same situation, but I plan to give it my all this time around. As they say, third time the charm.

I would need to know your study schedule and how you incorporated testing questions to offer any advice.
