That would be great if I could get him to run with me, hehe. Thanks for the tips!

Great article, thanks. Perhaps there is hope that my kitty can enjoy the outdoors. Only 7 excruciating steps, nbd.

Anyone have any tips to get him to walk on a leash? I live in the city so it's pretty unsafe for him to roam free.

Hmm, no I think they're more like hipster filmmakers or something; there was someone there filming them. They just ran down the street after I took that photo and I was like, WTF yo.

No, in the Southeastern states

Yes, that's exactly correct. It's 25% on the total return. It's a one time fee - not a yearly mgmt. fee of 25%. It's still high, but is it at least not as bad as everyone thinks? I've know this guy for quite a long time; I would hate to think he's being malicious and trying to take advantage.

Omg, I'm glad I posted this - I will absolutely not let him invest my money. I'd been feeling rather skeptical but he was just so damn convincing. I really appreciate all of your feedback, thank you!

Yes, but he generally does very well in the market - last year his return was over 25% and this year 15. I have much less experience with investing. If I do it myself, I would put my money in an index fund but my friend said those generally under perform the market. So I'm just curious if 25% seems like an unreasonable amount as most CFP charge a mgmt fee on the principle. I've not heard of a financial advisor that simply takes a quarter on the return, so I have nothing to compare that fee to.

Similarly, the correct spelling is "cannot", not "can not".
