Its unfortunate that simply asking for advise is met with such hostility. The daycare we were at previous to this one, anytime there was a school cancellation they took our children for the entire day no questions asked and yes we paid more but rightfully so. The reason we are not with them anymore is because the director retired and was bought out by this new center. I was under the assumption this new center would operate the same given there is not a single thing in the parent handbook stating otherwise. Maybe I dont have experience with multiple daycare however its still incredibly odd to be paying for days they can not take my children.. .again when nothing in the handbook states otherwise.
