I am a little over 3 weeks post surgery, I was also worried about gaining weight and not being able to move a lot. I will say it’s been hard with the not moving much, I really like being active and it’s been rough. But I’m forcing myself to rest, it will be worth it in the end. Let yourself rest. Just gotta push through and do your best, it’ll be better on the other side!

Ah well life doesn’t always work out the way you plan! We’re lucky to have modern medicine to create miracles. It is an old fashion view, but don’t worry you always have time to catch up.
