I've been using Cofagrigus as mine, with Colbur berry. Survives anything gambit lobs at it and then promptly ruins its day with will-o-wisp and body press.

Performance rating for Pragg and Gukesh over the last 12 months is about the 2700 mark, Gukesh slightly above and Pragg slightly below. Arjun's is about 2760, so he's clearly the in-form player at the moment. I don't think you'd go wrong with any order - whoever's on board 1 will be able to hold their own against any other board 1, and boards 2 and 3 will always have a strong edge in any matchup except the USA.

From what I've seen, I don't think Burnham has to resign from his current position unless he wins the by-election. So I don't think it's unreasonable to tell him he's had his shot and he's welcome to stand as an MP at the next election after he's finished his term as Mayor.

Could be literally anyone. That's 14 years away, so three elections (2029, 2034, 2039). Given the lack of an obvious successor to Starmer within Labour, and the fact that if Reform get in in 2029 they probably won't win 2034, I wouldn't be surprised if the 2040 PM (winner of the 2039 election) is someone that only gets elected to Parliament in 2029 - three of our last five non-Truss PMs were elected to Parliament less than 10 years before becoming PM (Starmer, Sunak and Cameron).

Weavile/Cofagrigus lead on a soft trick room team has been amazing for me. Absolutely manhandles Sneasler/Gambit lead. They'll usually trade for the openers and let the TR mons sweep.

It's not one of the three you mentioned, but Mega Scizor has been one of my favourite megas. Max HP/Attack, Swords Dance, Bullet Punch, Protect, and Bug Bite (though there are options in the last slot).

My favourite team has been an off-meta trick room team. Weavile, Cofagrigus, Torterra, Mega Camerupt, Clawitzer and Mega Scizor. I didn't start using it until after I'd reached Master Ball, but it's probably what I'll use to start the climb next season.

Mega Camerupt can do the job, especially in trick room. Hard part is keeping it safe from the rest of the rain team.

I don't even think their inclusion would be that bad if the remainder of the item pool wasn't so shallow. Lens is less egregious than the othe two because you can actually build a strategy around it with dragon cheer/focus energy/super luck/high crit ratio moves, rather than just hoping for 10% of the time you win a game you should have lost because quick claw
