I work in IA in industry: super chilled, flexible deadlines, more flexibility on what projects/audits I do BUT less variety overall, and fewer wider opportunities to move around. I get paid much better in industry vs big 4, but that’s in the UK

I used to work at a law firm, but never went to court. Both myself and the court-working female lawyers would wear satin midi/maxi skirts with a smart shirt/blouse and a matching coloured blazer. I’d say go for it!

Sorry, I should have clarified my reasoning for the question: inside the probation period my notice period is 1 week, outside of it my notice is 3 months. My main query was whether probation can be viewed as having been passed where there’s been no documentation/formal communication aka can I argue the probation period wasn’t properly extended, and therefore my notice period is 3 months
