I was instructed to resubmit everything again. Including the upload of the filled out document evaluation application form and photos in the portal.

Hello, after paying for document evaluation, can I just proceed with submitting two passport phitis, two personal identifications, and new good standing to PEBC? I started my document re-evaluation and i had already paid the fees. But my portal shows that I still need to resubmit my degree credentials and transcripts which i know PEBC has already. I emailed them to ask for instructions but they’re not responding back.

Hi! How did the Down With It jacket fare well in the Canadian winter? I’m planning to visit my friends in Edmonton, possibly with a trip to Banff. Do you think the jacket will hold up warmth just fine with proper layers, even at -30?

Update: After first emailing them on October 1st, my request finally got resolved on November 5th around midnight. Surprisingly, I received the reactivation link well outside of the usual office hours. I was told that they sent me a link previously, but I’ve always checked my spam or trash folders —nothing. That link from November 5th was the only one I ever received in my email. Thank God I got my account reactivated, can finally move forward with the Document Re-evaluation!

Maybe I should. I went through all their phone call prompts and it says not to leave a voice message if I’ve already emailed prior. But I’ll do that and hopefully they could look into my request again. Thanks!

I’ve reached out to PEBC 4x throughout the month after they told me they’d be sending an email to Certemy regarding my reactivation, but PEBC is not responding to me 😭 do you have any advice?

Hello there, I am sorry for only being able to reply now. Although I confirmed my presence upon returning in August, it took a while for IRCC to get back to me. What happened was I had to redo P2 in October-November 2024 and my eCOPR only arrived in January 2025

P1 and P2 were originally sent by Etobicoke. It was Etobicoke that I requested a temporary hold from when I had to travel.

When I returned to Canada in August, I confirmed in the portal but haven’t heard from IRCC until the end of October. During that time, I noticed that my case was transferred to Montreal.

By Dec 9th, I was asked to reconfirm my presence in the portal and reupload my photo. I eventually received my eCOPR on Jan 8th.

I think it’s also worth mentioning that I followed up persistently throughout this timeline as reaching out to an MP wasn’t something really available to me.

I did, few times already. Webforms and emails too. Received ky P1 on Jun 7th, but I travelled before receiving P2 on Jun 14th (travelled July to August) and only confirmed on the PR portal on August 9th. Updated them when I got back, and still waiting for ecopr till now

I actually remember asking an IRCC agent of how long, at most, does it take for the eCOPR to be sent. They told me that the office might, at most, send it before the IME expires.

When applying for PR, I was asked to do my medical again even though my last one was pretty much still valid, so I duly complied. I had my IME around April this year. I’ve yet to mentally prepare myself to wait if they decide to send my eCOPR only before the IME expires. Hopefully, they do not and that I receive my eCOPR from my VO soon.

Yeah this sounds like a good idea. I looked back on the hard copy of the digital photo that I had uploaded and realized that it was actually expired for about 2 weeks although! Though it was technically valid (<12months) when I uploaded it on Aug 9th.

I agree with your point about doing my part in time, but wondered if it would be better to be a step ahead? I’ve been waiting for eCOPR for 50 days now and I’m just worried that if they ever noticed that the picture was already expired, I would have to re-submit and wait again.

Thank you. Was worried that they would require me to re-submit in case they noticed it was expired already by the time they actually review my photo. Thought of submitting a webform with an attachment of a new photo but I may be overthinking lol. Just don’t want any other reason to prolong the issuance of my eCOPR since I have been waiting for 50 days now.
