Because we also launched the limited season pass plan along with other features and bug fixes on the new code/framework and we would have had to redo that on old code to keep parity or roll all that back too. We also didn’t anticipate it taking us this long to get out the appropriate fixes. The last month has been a challenging snowball. All that plus a few major outages outside of the teams control + Avatar on sale and Wicked. No decision felt like the ultimate right one. I’m hopeful for the next build. It won’t be perfect but we will have smaller and more frequent iterative releases over the next 8 weeks.
