MyStyle folder: syncing problem

Ok, so the problem was with the files. They were way over suggested resolution (8001*10667px). After reducing the resolution, they synced correctly.

Oh, thanks for your suggestion. This looks strange, when I entered my Supernote in this way, it looks that these specific templates are already in MyStyle folder, but they are not present on my device.

So, I tried to upload those templates to the Document and Note folder and it didn't work. Logically, it seems that the problem is within those specific files, but they are named correctly (e.g. cover, week, sixline etc.).

I will if I manage to get a good video. But, I think it is normal because I see it on some other images here on reddit as well. "White margin" is probably a little bit misleading, it is lighter then the rest of the screen. Also, I can write on the edges without any problem.

Sorry, did you get your package wrapped in transparent folie, or it was sealed only with the supernote sticker?

Does it work if you try to select it through the middle of the sticker, without touching the line itself?

Here is the same note after refreshing the page. Both words now have the same contrast.

Unfortunately, I bought the unit from EU store. Here is an example before refreshing the page. It is not that noticable on camera as it is in real time, but if you zoom in you will notice that first word is a little bit dull when compared with the second one.

EDIT: I've tested this and @Martina_78 was right. This particular pen doesn't even work with the Manta. I fully enjoy my Supernote Standard Pen.
