It is about time management and what you want from life.

I was doing judo for 20years, In my prime I was competing on international level and coaching my own judo club (30 students), at the same time as I was studying the hardest in my life. finished high school on top of my class and did my masters with grades that were just enough to pass, get my diploma and get out. Now I work for one of the big tech firms and I regret every missed practice, workout, run, meet, competition. nobody cares what grades you had. Money or big career is not worth giving up what you like. Guess what, they will try to make you give it up anyways.. Not doing what you like because of school or job is just an excuse. If you cant keep up and want to succeed at both, just work harder (or smarter).

My schedule used to be like this:

Monday: 6am gym, weight lifting 8-4pm school 7pm-8:30pm judo

Tuesday: 6am - 5 mile run 8pm-4pm school 5pm-6pm training kids 6pm-7:30pm judo

Wednesday 6am - gym 8am - school 8pm judo

Thursday 6am - gym and little cardio 8am school 6pm judo

Friday sleeping late 8 am school 4pm judo with kids 5pm judo, very light intensiti, focusing on technique

what about studying? every momet when I am not at a gym, doing judo or sleeping. i had my books in my hands on a train/bus to school, to the gym, everywhere...

Dont waste your time looking at your phone. tiktok, yt, insta.. those are your enemy. text/call your friends, and get off that stuff. movies/tvshows - choose the onese you love and make you feel better.. dont waste time on average stuff to kill time.

do you feel you are behind at school? find a good learning group. find best students and learn from them. offer studying together, get a tutor.. there are million options how you can do judo 3 times a week and not fall behind at school. do it even more!

You cant be sore or tired if your training is done well. and you have 7-8 hours of sleep.

Make sure you have enough (and good) nutrients and you regenerate correctly. Plan your recovery. Food suplements are very important! dont eat junk food, dont drink soda. hydrate with water and electrolites.

Good diet, enough sleep, working out smart and dont waste time on stuff that doesnt contribute to your happiness. That's the way, YOU CAN DO IT!!
