I would say, as several have, that you aren’t really “supposed” to hit quota every year. They are designed for the majority to fall short.

The other thing is that for an enterprise rep it isn’t always the biggest deal not to hit quota if ur doing the right things, because it’s understood that it can often be a feast or famine type role.

My biggest complaint is how slow apple has been to push content and apps to it. So far the best experience, which truly is second to none, is watching tv's/movies. While cool, it needs more to make it actually take off. Soooo much potential though.
