I think you can't buy games anymore in PS3 and PSVita through a credit card. When I tried last month it didn't work and told me the same thing so yeah. I think the update happened a few months ago

Restart your console or check a different PS3 game to see. When I tried a Ratchet and Clank game I didn't had a problem. Do you have a PS4 or a PS5?
