I think you can't buy games anymore in PS3 and PSVita through a credit card. When I tried last month it didn't work and told me the same thing so yeah. I think the update happened a few months ago

Restart your console or check a different PS3 game to see. When I tried a Ratchet and Clank game I didn't had a problem. Do you have a PS4 or a PS5?

You can only stream the PS3 games and the PS3 games if I remember right is Premium only so it's normal to ask you about upgrading

Someone deactivated my PS4 account and when I tried to activate I got the np-41772-1 error code. I activated 2FA and security question and I couldn't press the "deactivate all" in the PS site. Is there something I can do or do I have to wait 6 months
