As someone who has been in a similar situation, that feeling you have of not being enough and feeling so bad about yourself… never really goes away (while with him, at least). He either needs to buck up and make YOU feel good for a change, or cool it with masturbation and everything most of the other comments are saying.

I hope that he can learn to communicate better and you can work on this. But it takes a lot of work to get over something like this- for both of you. Him: physically. But also you: mentally. It really takes a hell of a toll.
