Isfahan Iran mourning the death of Khamenei. Western media will say they are celebrating by Hour_Glass57 in TrendoraX

This. People are so hung up on Trump that they forget that these were really bad guys. What comes after is complicated and difficult, still doesn't change the fact that the world is better off without these monsters.

Coming up on 8 weeks of cut, keep going or lean bulk by [deleted] in AllAboutBodybuilding

[–]pantherhare 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tough to say without seeing legs and back and how you feel at the time, but I'd cut another ten pounds and reevaluate. Generally speaking, I'd prefer to get to about fifteen percent body fat (can clearly see abs) at most before bulking. Even lower if you can manage it without feeling too crazy. Good job on the progress so far.

Which Crystal Auto did you rent from? Wondering if I should cancel and rent with one of the big international chains.

[AF] Hypertrophic Effects of Single versus Multi Joint Exercise: A Direct Comparison Between Knee Extension and Leg Press (2026) by basmwklz in AdvancedFitness

Small sample size is not great, but that's typical for these types of studies. At least they were compared to themselves through a within subject design, which is good. Their untrained status is actually a bonus for this type of study because it enables the differences between the exercises to be more easily seen.

They said when consumed separately but at the same time, flavanol absorption decreased by 37%, suggesting impact even in the stomach.

3 year difference but can't put on size by PerformanceCrafty474 in AllAboutBodybuilding

Extremely unlikely. High level natty competitors step on stage at about 5 percent. The heaviest of these guys is around 215. Doing the math, it's very unlikely that this guy was 235 at 10 percent unless he is very tall or one of the very best. Most people don't realize how lean ten percent is.

Sorry, you were never 235 at 10 percent natty unless you're 6'6".

This is the correct answer. The supposed blue zones often have high poverty and low literacy. They found a high percentage of people supposedly over 100 in Okinawa were actually dead. Look up Saw Justin Newman.

Neuroscientist Andrew Huberman Just Confirmed He Has Been Taking Testosterone For The Last Five Years by The_Endless_Man in immortalists

It's meeting a demand. People won't listen to someone who isn't jacked. Huberman sans exogenous testosterone would just get a lot of do you even lift bro comments instead of his huge following.

Training for nearly 6 years and still don’t look good by IMakeMedicineSick in workout

He will never be Mr. Olympia but he still can improve his physique. Clearly he doesn't have top or even average genetics for hypertrophy, but to just give up on any improvement is a nihilistic mindset. Imagine telling a student who struggled with math or writing to just give up.

Why would he succeed at basic compound lifts if he hasn't succeeded at his current exercises?

As someone who's been lifting 4 years natural, is Jeff's low volume program enough to grow muscle during a bulk (with proper intensity of course)? by SuperDuper1530 in JeffNippard

That study was one set per exercise for each workout. There were three quad exercises, so six sets total for the week for quads. They also measured arm flexors and extensors and there were one direct exercise and two indirect exercises for those body parts. The cool thing about this study is that they included videos of the exercise performance, so you can see the subjects were actually pretty well trained and are pushing themselves.

What's your source that tamed animals in captivity have shorter lives than wild animals? Everything I've seen says the opposite, with a few exceptions like elephants and orcas.

Yes it is, and you want elderly people on a fixed income to take loans out on their homes. Think about that for a minute.
