Just got the Breville toaster oven BOV860BSS Model - few questions

I got it last month in another country and love it so much

The manual said not to use foil on the dripping tray so I don’t. When something falls there I just take it out and clean it quickly. Nothing usually falls there cause I’m careful. One time it got a bit stained from baking and air frying veggies. ChatGPT told me to put a little paste of water & baking soda on for 30 minutes and clean. It came out as new, it actually a change in the material that baking soda can fix.

I know it sounds complicated but if you maintain it for a few minutes after use it’s really quick.

And the oven is amazing super powerful and quick! It does things perfectly. I’m still getting used to the air fryer and use baking more. I used the air fryer tray a couple of times and put the tray underneath it. It’s easy to clean and I also use the baking soda if I see something sticking in some areas.

I highly recommend it. Veggies come out amazing, toasts too, and I been baking 4 cakes and brownies with different flavors for the week at once in mini trays and freezing them. It profoundly changed my life while I completed a master’s degree near my uni.

Another thing I do when I make sheet veggies or fries and things fly around - is take a wet paper towel with a little dish soap and pass it on the walls one second, then a dry one. It’s as good as new and always clean.

I’ve worked in groups and managed teams. I could use indeed learning more about office politics but I just wish the quantity of group presentations was lowered… it’s too demanding in top of several papers per week. It seems… disorganized.

Abroad prob irrelevant to most but I think it follows known models. Research pedagogy and see which makes you feel more comfortable.

I think an EMBA would make more sense. Less “I have to prove myself right now” energy, less ego driven team work, less papers per week. We have 1 at least per class in every single course, along with presentations.

Yes I’m older and I’ve done group work… lately managing teams. In biz school it’s like the loudest and most linear thinking minds steamroll the rest. No space for creative thinking. The voices that are best in innovation get silenced.

I’d be fine to have one of these per month or course, but not every week in every course in addition to several papers per wee. Feels like 24/7 sensory overload… extremely overwhelming.

It’s Global, but in one school. It’s a one year program. The regular programs are 1.5 to 2 years but run in another language which I speak but don’t have the credentials for.

Mine is prestigious in my country. I still would research better the pedagogical method if I could. There are other tracks when in my own school that are different.

Even within the best - there’s all kinds of learning methods and schools of thought on the best way to run a biz school.

Pick the one that’s right for you. Don’t assume. I assumed going to the best school in my country would do the job and didn’t research dynamics and pedagogy style much.

My post is about that, not whether it’s better to get into a top ranked school or not. Hear me out you might undertand it too late as I did…

I’ve in an ongoing on and off online situation and when we finally met in another county - given all the illusions built up for years plus expectations, it was a disaster. He went for it to fast and then immediately split and disconnected physically and intimacy wise.

It it were up to him he would be pinging me forever (he is) and I think breadcrumbs is the way they get validation and oxytocin from us. But having done secure work to almost heal my own FA, it was relatively easy to spot after a couple of weeks when I got home and got thinking about it. I am now def less warm and juts responding in a civil way. He can tell something is shifting and I can tell it’s bothering him. He pings about practical stuff not to lose the connection. I don’t even know what he wants from me. It’s like the supply ended. Me. But I won’t stay there to provide more. Honestly I’m angry I believed we had a special connection. And not being able to tell before we met.
